## Common questions

**Our Parade of Homes spans two fiscal years. How does that work?**

Transactions carry the event's class whenever they post, so the Parade's P&L assembles across fiscal years automatically. On the Core plan's accrual books, deposits and prepaid costs land in the right period too.

**How do you handle the dues we remit to state and national?**

As pass-throughs: the portion owed onward is recorded as a liability when dues arrive and cleared when you remit, so your revenue reflects only what your HBA keeps. Your reports stop overstating dues income.

**We're volunteer-run between one or two staff. Is this too much process?**

It's the opposite — the process runs on our side. Your part is answering an occasional question in the portal; the categorizing, reconciling, and closing is ours. Small HBAs start on Essential from $100/month.
